1-Day Cleanse

A one-day juice cleanse is great if you are new to juicing and just want to test it out.  It’s also a great tool to have for seasoned juicers if you’re feeling off or as though you need a quick reset to get you back on track after an indulgent weekend or such.

Our 1 day cleanse includes 3 green juices, 2 fruit & veggie juices, and 1 nut mylk or protein shake.  This cleanse will refresh your body and give it a quick boost in the right direction.

3-Day Cleanse

Ideal for new juicers that are serious about cleansing and seasoned juicers that need some rest and reboot.  3-Day cleanses are a great intermediate tool that can easily be integrated into your schedule without disrupting your lifestyle.  Cleansing for 3 days allows the body to truly rest and use energy to restore and rebuild.

Our 3-day cleanse includes 3 green juices, 2 fruit & veggie juices, and 1 nut mylk or protein shake per day.  Additional boosts are available: drinking vinegar, wellness shots, kombucha, supplemental lemonades; and would be a great addition to your cleansing experience.

6-Day Cleanse

A great total reset for your body.  Recommended for seasoned juicers and those who have experience a juice cleanse before.  This cleanse will give your digestive system total rest and the nutrients will help rebuild and reenergize as well as detox your whole body.  A longer cleanse like this should be planned in advance when your schedule allows.  You should prepare your body a few days in advance of starting the cleanse and should also allow your body several days post cleanse to slowly reintroduce solids.

Our 6-day cleanse will include 3 green juices, 2 fruit & veggie juices, and 1 nut mylk or protein shake per day.  Additional boosts are available: drinking vinegar, wellness shots, kombucha, supplemental lemonades; and would be a great addition to your cleansing experience.  These can be tailored to meet your specific cleansing goals.
