Boosts...what are they and which one should I add?

Ever notice that part of the menu that shows “boosts”, but not quite sure what a lot of them are? Here’s a guide to help you make an informed decision as to which boost will help you get the most nutritional bang for your buck.  Everybody’s needs are different so one boost is not necessarily better than another.  Choose what works best for YOU and YOUR BODY.  

We want you to be able to try out different boosts to see how they affect you, so we will be featuring a boost or ingredient weekly that you can try for FREE.  Below you'll find a quick guide to many of our boosts, but keep checking in for a more in depth conversation about our weekly feature and what it can do to make you a healthier, happier you :) And this week's special feature is MACA POWDER, try it in your smoothie or bowl today!
